He is survived by: his daughter Sandra Turner of Sallisaw, OK; his grandchildren, Jessica Helzer of Sallisaw, OK, Jerry Wayne Frye, Jr. of Gore, OK and Jacob Duane Helzer of Enid, OK; and his sisters, Freda Moore of Cookson, OK, Marilyn Conine of Sallisaw, OK, Sue Butler of Sallisaw, OK and Rhonda Thornell of Sallisaw, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
