He is survived by: his wife Linda Ann Booth (Cain); and his children, DeAnna Rae Seward (Jacob), Donald Eugene Booth (Rose), Shawn R Booth (Dusti) and Bret Ray Booth (Maricela). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
