He is survived by: his parents, Linda Violet Marie Hammerberg (Puckett) and Harlan David Hammerberg of Escanaba, MI; and his siblings, Jamie Lee of Sallisaw, OK and Brian Evans of Nebraska. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
