He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Patti Phillips (Bob Alexander) and Donald (Kimberley Phillips); his sister Marilyn Johnson of Wichita, KS; his brother-in-law Clifford J. Collins Jr. of Sterling Heights, MI; his son-in-law Dwain King of Dawson, TX; and his stepson Mark (Lynn Speedy).
