He was predeceased by: his mother Georgia Parish (Miller); his sister Debbie Parish; and his former wives, Judith Haley and Evelyn Parish. He is survived by: his spouse Calista Parish; and his children, Teddy Parish, Perry Simpson, Ronnie Parish, Jackie Parish and Tammie Parish. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
