He was predeceased by: his father Carl Nathaniel Dale Johnson; and his brother Carl Wayne Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Tonya Maxwell; his daughters, Shae Winfree (Bryan) and Jessie Whitworth (Ricky); his grandchildren, Cayson, Neveah, Hayvynn, Jarek, Jezlynn, Ellie, Selena, Annelee and Walker; and his brothers, Todd Johnson (Renee) and Lonnie Johnson (Vickie). He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
