He is survived by: his mother Pat Howard of Vian, Oklahoma.; his sons, William Holmes of Sallisaw, Little Leaf Youngpuppy of Tahlequah and Spencer Sisney of Sallisaw, Oklahoma.; his siblings, Brandee Howard of Sallisaw, Oklahoma and Jeremy Howard of Florida; and his sister-in-law Karen Pettit of Sallisaw, OK.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, as well as countless friends.
