He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Hensley (Goodwin); and his daughters, Pam Bennett of Mounds, OK and Rhonda McCombs of Muldrow, OK. He is also survived by two grandchildren; four brothers; two sisters; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
