He was predeceased by: his son Michael Edwards; his parents, Raymond Middleton and Arlene Middleton (Ryan) of Redland, OK; his siblings, Sharon Middleton of Redland, OK, Brenda Moses of Redland, OK, Shirley Blake of Redland, OK and Aubrey Middleton of Redland, OK; and his son-in-law Joel Fortner of Sallisaw.
He is survived by: his daughter Miranda (Steven Goins); his wife Cathy Middleton (Staab); his son Logan; his daughter-in-law Kyrie Middleton of Muldrow, OK; his daughters, Jennifer (Sparky Hassenplug) and Julie (Ricky Belk); his stepson Brett Tustin; his grandchildren, Lauren (Fortner), Jett Reeves, Megan Fortner, Braden, Addison Belk, Emma, Aspen Middleton, Lane, Amanda Hassenplug, Seth and Avery Hassenplug; and his great grandchildren, Charleigh Reeves, Clay and Vivian Hassenplug. He is also survived by many sisters-in law, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking friends & family to donate to the Little Mended Hearts organization in honor of Burley Middleton and Baby Charleigh.
