He was predeceased by: his parents, Lela Gussie Thomas (Scott) and Samuel Alfred Thomas; his wife Hazel Marie Thomas (Collins); his daughter Sheila Marie Thomas; and his siblings, Lewin Thomas, Darlene Rapp and Barbara Golden.
He is survived by: his daughter Sharon Kay; his son-in-law Robert Neeley of Olney, TX; his son Robert; his daughter-in-law Korin Thomas of Sallisaw, OK; and his brothers, Billy Thomas and Samuel Thomas. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren with two on the way, and one great-great-granddaughter.
