She is survived by: her sons, Dale Bramlett of Sallisaw, OK and Bentley Bramlett (Kimberly Houston) of Gans, OK; her grandsons, Jordan Dale Bramlett and Joshua Alan Bramlett (Makayla); and her great grandchildren, Penelope Bramlett, Hudsyn Bramlett and Stetson Bramlett. She is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
