She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Leona Woodward (Sutton) and Welborn Baxter Woodward; her husband Floyd James Hendrix; and her siblings, Flossie Neal, Vivian Woodward, Lea Cheek, Laverne Fisher, Euel, Owen, Aubrey, Johnnie, Ray, Fay and Watie Woodward.
She is survived by: her sons, Floyd James Hendrix Jr. (Kathryn) and Greg Hendrix of Claremore, OK; her grandsons, Sean Hendrix (Lauren) and Paul Hendrix (Cierra); and her friend Melba Quinton. She is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
