She is survived by: her daughters, Pam Ollis (Dale), Brenda Shafer (Rick) and Karen Lenington of Sallisaw, OK; her grandchildren, Jennifer Dawn Perrier, Michael Dooty, Jacob Dooty, Heather Brashear, Chad Blackburn, Brittany Green, Jodi Watson and Amy Teehee; and her siblings, Robert Pullen of Van Buren, AR, Darrell Pullen of Fort Smith, AR, Lois Sisco of California, Doris Jenkins of Hackett, AR and Joan Mabry of Fort Smith, AR. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
