He is survived by: his wife Nanetta Phelan; his children, Christy Thompson of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Kevin Brown (Kristi) of Salina, Oklahoma and Wendy Sanders (Todd) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Hunter Frank of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Kyleigh Brown of Claremore, Oklahoma, Jordan Dawson of Walnut, Jillian Larremore of Salina and Reeve Dawson of Chouteau, Oklahoma; his nephews, Michael Thompson of Enid, Darrin Thompson and Kim of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and his brother-in-law Lynn Phelan (Terrie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and numerous friends.
