She was predeceased by: her father John William Chailer; her husband James Smock; her daughter June Bean; her granddaughter Jamie Smock; her great grandchild Jerod Mabes; her parent Ira Mae Chailer (Hard); her siblings, Inez Barnes and Isaac Chailer; her sons-in-law, Floyd Scott and Jerry Bean; and her grandson-in-law Greg Shanahan.

She is survived by: her children, Mary Scott, Corb Smock and Shirley Smock; her grandchildren, Tracy, Tris Mabes, Mark Mabes (Chrystal), James Smock (Debbie), Monica Shanahan and Julie Bean; her great grandchildren, Timber Mabes, Tatum Mabes, Elena Mabes, Emilie Shanahan, Duke Shanahan and Max Shanahan; her nieces, Kathy Walker and Belinda Barnes; her nephew Monty Chailer; and her siblings-in-law, Virginia Chailer, Floy Catherine Smock and Paul Smock. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
