He is survived by: his mother Betty Jean Hooker (Foster) of Locust Grove; his wife Carolyn Sue Daniels; his children, Dana Springer of Claremore and Timothy Hooker (Mandy) of Salina; his grandchildren, Caiden Hooker, Claire Hooker, Cambree Hooker, Corey Vance and Ava Springer; and his sister Susan Johnson of Pryor. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.
