He was predeceased by: his grandfather Larry Bark; his great-grandparent Trixie Forehand; and his grandparents, Eunice Montgomery and Mike Wilson. He is survived by: his parents, Stephanie Bark and Mike Bark; his siblings, Ashley, Maybel Bark, Hunter and Levi Bark; and his grandparents, Anna White (Paul) of Tulsa, Brian, Pamela Montgomery of Pryor and Dorothy Wilson of Salina. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends.
