He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Vann. He is survived by: his father Ed Hall of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his wife Janet Hall; his son Bryce Hall (Anna Wilkinson) of Rogers, Arkansas; and his sisters, Debbie Fildes (Steve) of Nowata, Chris Hannah of Arkansas City and Kelly Pritchett of Bartlesville, Oklahoma. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
