He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Smoke and Annie Smoke (Wolfe); and his siblings, Johnny, Leonard Smoke, Nellie Jane Boney and Louise Sullatesskee.
He is survived by: his wife Maxine; his children, Willis Smoke (Alma Santos) of Siloam Springs, Maurice Smoke (Carolyn) of Jay, Russell Smoke (Ugoma) of Fayetteville, Arkansas and Nanci (Robert Payne) of Kenwood, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Charles (Betty Smoke) of Kenwood, Oklahoma, Roberta Hair (John) of Kenwood and Ella Mae Jumper of Spavinaw, Oklahoma. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren.
