It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leroy Cox of Salina, Oklahoma, born in Strang, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 8, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jasper Cox and Della Cox (Owens); his son RoyDale Cox; and his siblings, Bill Cox, Joe Cox, Jimmy Cox, Irene Cox and Mary Ellen Stafford.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Sue Sharp of Braggs, OK; his son Randy Cox (Tina) of Salina; his grandchildren, Kaleb Cox (Jordan) of Claremore and Rami Sipes (Cody) of Salina; his great grandchildren, Kennedy Cox, Blake Sipes and Sophie Sipes; and his brother Don Cox of Bartlesville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
