He is survived by: his wife Allie Kenedy; his children, Matthew Backwater (Priscilla) of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, Jessica Scott of Inola, Tasha Sitsler (David) of Salina and Kaeti Myers (Tyler) of Kenwood, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Jim Cochran (Jan) of Kansas, Robert Scott (Louann) of Kenwood, Randy Scott of Kenwood, Richard Scott, Marquita Wickliffe, Velma Davis of Kansas and Brenda Hair (Woody) of Kenwood, Oklahoma. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
