He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Hair and Molly Hair (Ross); and his sons, Richard and Joel Hair. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Hair; and his children, Joe Hair of Kenwood, Oklahoma and Karen Daniels of Salina, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous grandkids and great grandkids; and many other relatives and friends.
