He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Kingfisher and Bessie Kingfisher (Martin); and his sister Norma Kingfisher. He is survived by: his siblings, Mickey Kingfisher (Diane) of Kenwood, Oklahoma and Kamichia "Hootie" Lyman (Calvin "Cooper") of Salina, Oklahoma; his stepsiblings, Santo Tanner, Jackson Tanner and Monica Potter; his cousin Judy Littledave (Skunk Littledave) of Wyandotte, Oklahoma; and his aunt Anna Mae Russell of Salina, Oklahoma. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
