She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred C. Fields and Morine Fields (Longan); and her husband Jack Gaddy. She is survived by: her children, Andrea Gaddy (Andy) of Pryor, Leslie C. Labus of Coweta, Michael Gaddy (Staci) of Coweta and Randell Gaddy of Pryor. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
