He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Collins and Alma Collins (James); his spouses, Valera Faye Carter and Faye Collins; his daughter Tina Whipkey; and his siblings, B. H., Aulton, Boyce, Leighton, Herbert Collins, Leona Wylie, Modelle Raney, Geneva Collins and Charlene Collins.
He is survived by: his sons, YoYo Collins (Sandi) of Salina and Bennie Collins (DeAnne) of Salina, Oklahoma; and his brothers, Stanley Collins of Sallisaw, Ewell Collins (Jenny) of Rockwall, London and England. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; numerous great and great great grandchildren.
