She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur William Cummisky, III and Imogene Cummisky (Palmer); and her brothers, Wayne Cummisky, Rodney Cummisky and David Cummisky.
She is survived by: her sons, Glen Simmons (Sheri) of Broken Arrow and Larry Simmons of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Aaron Simmons, Narina, Devin Simmons, Christopher Simmons and Scottie Simmons; and her brother Arthur Cummisky (Shirley) of Bixby, Oklahoma. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
