He is survived by: his wife Roberta; and his children, Cindy Lou Thompson of Pryor, Carl West, Jr. (Jeanie Lynn), Rebecca Ann Johnson (Jack) of Skiatook and Tina Lou Heckadon (Mitch) of Locust Grove, Oklahoma. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends.
