He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Smith and Marian Smith (Cochran); his brother Jerry Chancellor; his granddaughter Candice Jade; and his great grandchild Nylah Jade.
He is survived by: his children, Justin Smith (Terrie) of Pryor, Oklahoma, Eric Smith (Jennifer) of Pryor, Shane Smith, Jamie Beaver of Salina, Oklahoma and Johnna White; and his siblings, Frank Smith of Tulsa, Larry Chancellor (Cindy) of Pryor, Gene Smith (Tarra) of Claremore, Dale Smith of Salina, Oklahoma, Joyce Chambers (Rob) of Salina, Pat Beaver of Salina and Clarissa Gilley (Charlie) of Salina, Oklahoma. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
