He was predeceased by: his parents, George Earl and Hester Betty Kerns (Gaylor); his wife Vanna Lee Kerns; and his brother Robert Kerns. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Kerns, Keith Kerns, Kristi Brown and Kraig Kerns; his grandchildren, Nicole Buckskin, Kassie Alexander, Kash Kerns, Kyleigh Brown, Katie Kerns, Keely Hawthorne, Kelsie Brooke and Karlie Kerns; his great grandchildren, Bailey, Brayden, Brooklyn, Avery, Josiah, Micah, Daniela and Kason; his great great grandchild Bristyn; and his siblings, Kenny Kerns and Sharon Kern.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stephens - Key Chapel (1525 NE 1st St, Pryor, OK 74361). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Blue Springs Church (4378 State Hwy 82, Salina, OK 74365).
