He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Gene Burnett, Sr. and Willie Mae Burnett (Miller); and his brother Larry Burnett. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Burnett of Riverside, California; his sons, David Burnett of Portland, Oregan, John Burnett of Riverside and Mark Burnett of Mesa, Arizona; and his aunt Barbara Roesler of Prescott, Arizona. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
