She was predeceased by: her parents, Troy Milton Baker and Lola Lee Baker (Osborne); her spouse Ebben Groaning; and her siblings, Patricia Schumacher, Delores Collier and Troy Baker, Jr.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.
