He was predeceased by: his father Robert "Blank" "Hawkeye" Blanchard; and his brother Robert "Bobby" Blanchard. He is survived by: his mother Theresa Blanchard (Gentry); his daughter Victoria "Tori" Blanchard (Meredith Womer); his sister Chata Blanchard; his sister-in-law Jan Blanchard; his niece Maris Blanchard; and his nephew Zane Blanchard.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Oklahoma Central Humane Society or an Animal Rescue of choice.
