He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Lee Lewis, Christopher Alan Lewis, Bradley Jay Lewis and Tracey Renee Dyer; his wife Barbara; his children, Jeff Lewis, Chris Lewis (Denise) of Edmond and Brad Lewis (Carol) of Waurika; his grandchildren, Taylor, Tori Johnson, Ciara, Sage Cathey, Rowdy Dyer, Tara, Tyler Grimes, Shelby Lewis, Chase Lewis, Catelyn Lewis and Mackenzie Lewis; and his great grandchild Lauren Johnson.

Memorials may be made to the church of Christ in Ryan.
