He was predeceased by: his parents, Fern Major (Weatherly) and Glen John Major; his sister Margie Cain; and also Brian Major. He is survived by: his wife Dana; his children, Glen Major (Sherry) and Lisa Fleetwood (Tony); his daughter-in-law Kasey Major; his grandchildren, Cali Leatherwood (Garrett), Austin Major, Karlee Howard, Landry Major, Dillon Ellis, Miles Ellis, Major Fleetwood, Cal Hayden Major, Kamryn Major and Kason Major; and his great grandchildren, Jett and Grey Leatherwood.
Memorials may be made to the United Methodist Church in Ryan, the Ryan cemetery Fund, or the American Heart Association.
