He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Sampley and Bonnie B. Sampley (Evans); his daughter Judy Anderson; his granddaughter Elecia Ellis; and his siblings, Vic Sampley, Rick Sampley, Roy Darrel Sampley, Frank Sampley, Hershal Sampley, Ethel Williamson and Sylvia Willoughby.
He is survived by: his wives, Betty Ryans and Betty Sampley; his children, Michael Sampley of Rush Springs, Susan Gibson of Rush Springs, Beverly Seaba of Rush Springs and Cheryl Cox of Rush Springs; his grandchildren, Dana Simpson, Chrystal Gregg, Amy Delk and Daniel Loyd; his great grandchildren, Zach Brown, Alana Brown, Traci Loyd, Evan Loyd, Cammron Ellis and Bella Simpson; and his brothers, Ray Sampley (Patsy) of Lawton, Billy Sampley of Lawton and Darell Sampley of Lawton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
