She was predeceased by: her husband William Calvin Ballard; her children, Freddy Lester Dennis and Edna Mae Dennis Garrison; her great grandchildren, Terry Darlene Garrison and Joseph Calvin Dodgen; and her sisters, Hazel Jensen and Mary Hildebrant.
She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Ballard Kennedy (Joe), Bob Dennis (Roxie) and Larry Dennis (Lynn); and her grandchildren, Melodie Shannon (Tony), Joe Bob Dennis (Kim), Mark Dennis, Treavor Dennis, Amie Kathryn Dennis, Tommy Dale Garrison, Terry Garrison, Amber Brook Garrison and David Garrison. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, loving relatives and friends.
