She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Alton and Naomi Fay Pendley (Forbes); her husband Charles "Mike" Blades; her granddaughter Brooklyn Grace Blades; and her brother Joe Donald Pendley.
She is survived by: her sons, Phillip Blades of Rush Springs and Todd Blades (Jennifer) of Duncan; her grandchildren, Anthony Blades, Christopher Blades, Cameron Blades, Montana Barrett, Bayler Speer and Brylon Speer; and her sister Sherry Riddles (Larry) of Rush Springs. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
