With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald McKay of Rush Springs, Oklahoma, born in Duncan, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 31, 2021 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Marilyn Mckay (Reeves). He is survived by: his parent-in-law Shawn Hoos; his father Donald McKay Sr. of Rush Springs; his daughter Meagan Poteet (Travis) of Ardmore; his grandchildren, Carson Poteet and Camryn Poteet; and his siblings, Steve McKay (Lanetta) of Rush Springs, David McKay of RushSprings, Phillip McKay of Oviedo, Patrick McKay Mellisa of Moore, Paul McKay (Holley) of Rush Springs and Melanie Chamberlain (Chuck). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Cross Timbers Hospice in Ardmore in Don's name.
