She was predeceased by: her parent Shirley Ann Decker; and her siblings, Randy Wayne Decker and Tammy Kay Decker. She is survived by: her husband Lonnie Glenn Hayes of Rush Springs; her children, Dustin Hayes of Rush Springs and Bambie Wiyninger (Tim); her grandson Tatum Hayes Wiyninger of Union City; her sister Terrie Lynne Willaims (Larry) of Marlow; and her mother-in-law Rose Hayes. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
