He is survived by: his children, Dugan Forrest (Melinda) of West Siloam, OK, Steven Glenn Forrest (Angela) of Tahlequah, OK and Christine "Chrissy" Rogers (Bryan Stunkard) of Coweta, OK; his siblings, Kyle Lynn Forrest of Scraper, OK, Carol Thompson (Joel) of Leach, OK and Sherry Reynolds (Bobby) of Okay, OK.; his grandchildren, Dakota Forrest (Erica Endres) of Checotah, OK, Donica Avant (Clint) of Oktaha, OK, Wyatt Rogers (Hannah Lee) of Durant, OK, Tyler Forrest (Kelsie) of Hulbert, OK, Jamie Horney (Ethan) of Leach, OK, Kayla Roberts, Colton Craig of Tahlequah, OK, Kenley Happy (Amelia) of New Mexico, Chance and Nicole Staneart of Arkansas; and his great grandchildren, Axle Avant, Brylee Avant, Eli Avant, Taylor Ann Forrest, Tylee Forrest, Hagen Horney, Hank Horney, Zoey Craig, Zayden Craig, Hannah Happy, Henry Happy and Weston Staneart.
