He is survived by: his wife Rose; his daughters, Teresa Harris (Loren) and Susan Schneberger; his grandchildren, Lindsey, Jay and Blake; and his siblings, Bill Cook Sr. (Judy) and Betty Tautfest (David).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Russell Murray Hospice and to the St. Andrew Catholic Church, Moore, OK.
