He was predeceased by: his mother Eula Colton Bozarth; his son Leroy Bozarth; and his siblings, Melvin Bozarth, Ivan Bozarth, David Bozarth and Faye Firth.
He is survived by: his wife Rosie Bozarth; his children, Tammy Rowekamp (Keith), Marvin Lee, Jr. Bozarth (Georgia) and Rocky Len Bozarth (Charla); his sibling Auto Bozarth (Doris); and his siblings-in-law, Terry Bozarth, Connie Bozarth and Billy Firth. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren.
