He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Lou Hilliard (Hacker) and Robert Hilliard; his nephew Rowdy Gray; and his sisters, Linda Perry and Frankie Graham.
He is survived by: his husband Cody Whitaker; his children, Charley Hilliard (Amber) of Indiahoma, OK, Kyle Hilliard of Granite, OK, Ryan Robinson of Altus and Shanna Kays of Sentinel; his grandchildren, Cannon Hilliard, Chloe Nevarez and Dusty Kays; and his siblings, Robert Hilliard (Janet) of Hinton, Danny Hilliard (Misty) of Moore, Roger Slife (Tammy) of Elk City, OK and Laura Wells of Oklahoma City, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
