He was predeceased by: his parents, Norvel Cockburn and Bernice Cockburn; and his sister Sandra Wallace. He is survived by: his wife Paula Cockburn; his sons, Michael Cockbur of Fort Smith, Chris Cockburn and Finance Tori Parker of Barling; and his grandchildren, Landon of Barling and Cameron Cockburn of Barling. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
