She was predeceased by: her parents, Vadeus Horn Shuey (Seratt) and Oscar Clyde Horn; the father of her children Elmer Mathews; her husband Art Campbell; her daughters, Karen Testerman and Denise Allen; her grandson Cameron Mathews; her stepson Scott Campbell; and her brothers, Sonny and Robert Horn.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Morton (Larry) of Sallisaw, OK, Beverly Flynn of Fort Smith, AR, Bill Mathews (Rosemary) of Nicut, OK and Kevin Mathews (Karen) of Mount Juliet, TN; her stepdaughters, Jenny Jenkins (Tony) of Bixby, OK and Shelly Campbell of Fort Worth, TX.; and her siblings, Lloyd Horn (Addie) of Kansas City, KS, Terry Shuey (Mabel) of Muldrow, OK and Donna Minden (BJ) of Barling, AR. She is also survived by her 15 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, and 9 great-great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
