She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Roy "Bill" Gillet and Elvira Gillet (Jones); her father-in-law Domenico J. Scatena; and her siblings, Phillip Gillet, Donald Gillet, Mary Pohlemann and Joann McFarland.
She is survived by: her husband Dominic M. Scatena; her son Dominic L. Scatena; her mother-in-law Maxine Scatena; and her siblings, Wayne Gillet, Jimmy Gillet, Margaret Teague, Patricia Climer, Diane Matthews and Evelyn Holt. She is also survived by numerous brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
