He is survived by: his wife Neta Faye Waits (Johnston); and his children, Amy Williams, J. R. of Van Buren, AR, Angel Luper, Chris Arthur of Roland, OK and Ronnie Angel (Sara). He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
