He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Parker (Dycus) and Otis Lee Parker; and his wife Carolyn Jeremiah Parker (Keith). He is survived by: his children, Mandy and Justin; and his sisters, Helen and Betty. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
