He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Collins (Reece) and Charles Collins; his son Jeremy Collins; and his brothers, Kelly and Greg Collins.

He is survived by: his sons, Austin Collins (Lillian) of Van Buren, AR and Derrick Collins of Van Buren, AR; and his grandchildren, Lotus and Zeza.
