She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Cowart and Lillian Cowart (Fields); her husband Raymond; her children, Joyce Dotson (Lackey) and David Lackey; her siblings, Helen (Raymond Dearman), Juanita (Dale Sutton), Peggy (Charles Danny Vastine), Bertha Cowart and Alvin Moore; her grandchild Jamie Steuber; and her great grandchild Michael Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Jeannie, Timothy Lackey and Ron Lackey; and her siblings, Kenneth Butch Cowart, Leroy, Pamela Cowart, Judy Cowart, Patsy Carlton and Gayla Moore. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear family friends.
